mindful exploration

For High School Students

During each class we will take time to focus on both the mind and body and how the two interplay and connect. Each class will begin with a themed group chat, allowing students to connect with their own thoughts and work on their empathy for each other. These conversations will help create a brave space for students to not only be who they are, but also to explore who they are becoming. The chat will help us segue into movement aligned with the theme. Movement practices will begin with the core structure of a yoga class and develop into flows and fun creative movements as we come back to the exploration of self.
