  • Educator + Staff Mindfulness Group: BBKY would lead your staff in a weekly, monthly, or other frequency of time in the fundamentals of mindfulness and practice. This could be done virtually or in-person.

  • Educator + Staff Movement + Mindfulness: BBKY would lead your staff in a weekly, monthly, or other frequency of time in a movement practice including yoga, breathing, and mindfulness. This could be done virtually or in-person.

  • Mindfulness Room Exploration + Implementation: *This workshop is intended for educators to learn more specifically about a Mindfulness Room or space. This would scaffold their learning so that they eventually feel comfortable leading their children in using the space. Join us in an exploration of movement, mindfulness, and sound! Our sensory journey includes singing bowls, binaural beats, Solfeggio Frequencies, and more. Learn visual and tactile ways to introduce breathing techniques with your students. Embrace the power of moving intentionally with yoga infused literacy. Absorb all the ways in which movement + mindfulness strategies will help your students identify and tend to their big feelings with kindness and curiosity. This interactive session addresses how movement, mindfulness, & sound boost cognition, produce positive effects on the mind & body, and can be integrated into your routine. Ideally, each classroom would have a designated time to utilize the space and we would teach the strategies so they are more readily accessible when needed in the moment.
