Anna Maddelein is passionate about movement + mindfulness for tweens/teens. She pours her heart into creating a space specifically for young women searching for a safe, calm home within themselves. Anna truly found yoga after leaving a ballet career in college to heal her body, but she found that her heart and mind needed healing, too. Discovering yoga was the first time she realized that she can move in her body with purpose + love and without judgment or expectations. Anna studied Holistic Health at Western Michigan University and became a certified yoga teacher in 2017 through Sangha Yoga in Kalamazoo, MI. She later completed a kids yoga teacher training in 2020 through Growga Yoga.
